Founding release · pre-launch VortexCones · AI Business Systems

Your leads go cold in the first hour.
This founding release is designed to respond and follow up for a year — so they don't.

An early-access AI Lead Response System for solo agents and small teams whose CRM already has the leads — they just aren't getting followed up. Founding-member pricing. A genuinely early, honestly-labeled release.

917 minavg. industry lead response time
48%of agents never follow up after contact #1
78%of buyers go with whoever responds first

Reserving costs nothing today. It starts a conversation about a small, fully refundable deposit — see how that works below.

01

The problem

The lead is fine. The follow-up isn't.

Independent industry research puts the average real estate lead response time at over 15 hours — while roughly half of agents never attempt a second follow-up after the first contact. Buyers, meanwhile, overwhelmingly go with whoever responds first. Most agents already have a CRM that could fix this. Most don't use it that way, because doing it by hand, every time, for months, doesn't survive a busy week.

Sources: response-time and follow-up figures from AgentZap, “Real Estate Lead Statistics” and AgentZap, “Real Estate Lead Follow-Up Strategies” (2025–2026 industry analysis); the response-priority figure is additionally corroborated by FoneSwift’s research on lead response time. Independent third-party analysis, not a VortexCones study. Full detail on request — email support@vortexcones.com.

The solution

What the founding release is built to do

  1. 1. Designed for minute-level response. When a new lead comes through your existing channel, the founding release is designed to trigger an immediate response workflow rather than waiting for manual follow-up.
  2. 2. Designed to keep following up for a year. A pre-built nurture sequence is designed to keep going long after most agents would have stopped after one or two tries.
  3. 3. Designed to talk like a closer, not a chatbot. Objection handling and scripts built on established real-estate sales methodology — not generic AI output.

These are descriptions of intended system behavior for the founding release — not a promised sales result, and none is made here.

03

How it works

A workflow, not a set of steps you run yourself

New lead
AI responds
Qualifies
Human takes over when needed
Follow-up continues

Your existing lead comes in → the system initiates the response → qualification identifies what needs attention → you take over when human judgment is needed → structured follow-up continues instead of stopping after one or two attempts.

This describes the intended workflow for the founding release. It is conceptual at this stage — no integration or automation is live today.

04

Who it's for

Built for one specific situation

Solo agents and small teams who already have leads coming in — from referrals, past clients, or a portal like Zillow — and know some of them are going cold.

This is for you if

  • You already have leads; you don't need more of them
  • You have a CRM you don't consistently use
  • You want the AI working inside what you already have — not a new platform

This isn't for you if

  • You need lead generation — this doesn't produce new leads
  • You're a brokerage needing enterprise procurement
  • You want a finished, battle-tested platform today — this is a founding release
05

Scope

What's in the founding release

This is a deliberately small first version. Everything below is what founding members get first — nothing here is a promise of features beyond this list today.

What "reserving" actually means right now

There is no payment processor connected to this page yet — clicking Reserve does not charge you anything. It opens an email, addressed to us, with your details filled in. Sending that email tells us which tier you're interested in and starts a conversation about a small, fully refundable $10–25 deposit that we'll invoice separately once you confirm. You can ask for a full refund at any time before launch, no questions asked. You are not charged by completing this form.

Almost done. An email draft just opened in your email app, addressed to support@vortexcones.com. Send it to complete your reservation — nothing is submitted until you do.
If nothing opened, copy this and email it to support@vortexcones.com yourself:

Not ready

Get notified at launch instead

A lighter option if you're not ready to reserve — this is a weaker signal to us than a reservation, and we treat it that way, but it's genuinely useful to know you're interested.

Almost done. An email draft just opened, addressed to support@vortexcones.com. Send it to be added to the notify list.
If nothing opened, email support@vortexcones.com with "notify me" and your address.

If you're not reserving — why not?

Picking an answer (or writing your own) helps us fix the actual blocker instead of guessing. This opens a short email — nothing is recorded on this page itself.

Thanks — an email draft opened with your feedback. Send it and we'll actually read it.

FAQ

Questions worth answering plainly

Is this live yet?

No. This is a founding-access pre-launch page. Nothing described above is running for customers today. We're validating real demand before building the full system, and we're telling you that directly rather than implying otherwise.

What exactly do I get on day one?

Exactly what's listed in the Scope section above — no more. Anything not listed there is not part of the founding release.

What if I don't like it, or it doesn't work for me?

Full refund of your deposit, any time before launch, no questions asked. Email support@vortexcones.com.

Does this replace my CRM?

No. It's built to work inside the CRM you already use, not to replace it — the founding release includes setup guidance for a small number of named platforms.

Will the AI text my leads without me seeing it first?

This is a genuinely open design question we haven't finalized. We're not going to answer it with a claim we can't back up yet — if oversight and approval controls matter to you before you'd trust this, tell us in the reservation notes or the feedback section above, since it directly shapes what we build.

How is this different from a full AI-ISA platform or a prompt pack?

See the comparison table above. In short: a prompt pack gives you content you still have to send yourself; a full AI-ISA platform (like Structurely or Ylopo) gives you real automation but is priced and built for teams with an ISA budget, often $300+/month plus setup fees. The founding release is intended to combine six things in one workflow: response, qualification logic, a follow-up sequence, objection-handling methodology, CRM-native setup guidance, and an implementation SOP. This is intended to be an operating workflow, not a collection of prompts you manually copy and paste — that's the specific gap it's built to sit in.

Will founding pricing stay the same after launch?

Not necessarily. Founding-cohort pricing is part of what's being tested here, and may differ from pricing once the system leaves early access. Reserving now is what founding pricing means.
